Advertising Requirements

Per Section 2671 of the California Code of Regulations, only landscape architects licensed in the State of California are authorized to advertise landscape architectural services in this state. When advertising landscape architectural services, landscape architects are reminded to include their names and the words "landscape architect."

These requirements should be followed with all advertising methods, including letterhead, business cards, envelopes, contracts, flyers, directories, and Yellow Page listings.
