Legislative Update
     AB 937 - This bill amends Business and Professions Code (BPC) Section 5616 and Section 5640.

BPC Section 5616 adds language creating consistency with the written contract protections similarly provided for engineers and architects under the BPC. BPC Section 5640 defines unlicensed activity to be consistent with architects and also adds clarification to acts of unlicensed activity.
